Information you'll need

Before you start, you'll need the following information for both applicants:

Your previous address if you've not been at your current address for 3 years
Your income - gross salary, regular income before tax, state benefits and pension
Details of your employment
Sort code and account number of your main current account (if you have one)

If you are 18 or over and want to apply for an overdraft, you'll also need:

If you want to apply for an overdraft both applicants must be 18 or over and you'll also need:

Your regular outgoings including mortgage/rent, council tax and household bills

Eligibility Criteria

You must be a UK resident
You must be 16 or over (18 when requesting the optional overdraft)
You must not have had any County Court Judgements (CCJs) or defaulted on any credit agreement in the last 2 years
You must not have been declared bankrupt in the last 6 years
You must not currently be 2 or more payments in arrears on any credit agreement.

You must both:

Be UK residents
Be 16 or over (18 when requesting the optional overdraft)
Not have had any County Court Judgements (CCJs) or defaulted on any credit agreement in the last 2 years
Not have been declared bankrupt in the last 6 years
Not currently be 2 or more payments in arrears on any credit agreement.

Approval is subject to status, a credit check and assessment of your personal circumstances.
